Commissions Administrator

Commissions Administrator's RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Receive, investigate, and resolve inquiries/reports; check against criteria and confirm payments adhere to commission guidelines
* Respond to queries on channel commision/sales representative payments and work with others as required
* Process adjustments and reversals through system input
* Update associated files



TELUS International Philippines REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Accounting or equivalent.
* Knowledge of job related systems and procedures and common business software applications
* Knowledge of channel partner payment procedures
* Proficiency in different MS Office applications particluarly MS Excel and MS Access
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
