Invoice Assurance Analyst (Supervisory Level)


Invoice Assurance Analyst Responsibilities:

* Implement Invoice Assurance in designated Operating Units to ensure ongoing visibility and sustainability;
* Work with the business and functional operations to optimise key processes that impact invoicing to achieve targets;
* Identify, collate and report process issues;
* Perform Impact analysis including root cause and functions impacted;
* Facilitate solution options including process controls;
* Document work instruction level;
* Facilitate the collection of measures to produce the Invoice Assurance dashboard;
* Enable, with the Invoice Assurance Champions, the agreement of Invoice Assurance targets;

Shell Shared Service (Asia) B.V. Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Must be a CPA;
* With 5 years Operational Experience in Invoicing and Order to Cash Process;
* Knowledge in Process Controls & Compliance or similar field;
* Exposure and knowledge on usage of ERP - GSAP/SAP FI preferred;
* Strong command in English communication, both oral and written;
* Highly organized - being able to commit in meeting deadlines;
* Confident in dealing with counterparts;
* With clear demonstration of teamwork, flexibility, change adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity;
* Willing to work on night shift, extended office hours, shifting schedule and to be based in Makati City.
