Finance & Admin. Staff
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Petty cash custodianship
* Check preparation which includes the checking and verification of the amounts indicated on the billings statements
* Follow-up collections
* Collections
* Preparation of various government regulatory forms for filing and remittance
* Monitors supplies and initiates requisitions to replenish; submits to supervisor for approval.
* Get quotations from suppliers
* Perform clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing and typing, operates variety of general office equipment.
* Screens and distributes incoming correspondence; transmits information; schedules meetings and arranges appointments.
* Answers telephone and greets visitors giving general information in response to inquiries
* Assist the Sales Support in the preparation of Sales Invoice
* Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Finance & Admin. Manager from time to time

Requirements:

* Candidate must be a graduate of any Business course with major in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* At least 1 to 2 years of related work experience
* Experience in government regulatory requirements & procedures
* Good oral & written communication skills.
* Organized and has a keen eye for details.
* Can work with minimum supervision and has the ability to work under pressure.
* Focused, hardworking & with good work attitude.
